Laurie Timm Obituary

Laurie Ann Timm, age 44, from DePere, WI. Passed away on Saturday, April 28, 2012, after a long battle with cancer. She was born March 30, 1968 to William B. Kaye and Katherine M. (Heagle) Myers.

Laurie married Randy P. Timm on October 20, 1990 in Green Bay, WI. Laurie was a CNA for many years and was studying Law at Global University.

Laurie is survived by her husband, Randy P. Timm, Daughters Erica Lynn Kaye, Felicha Chantel Heagle (special friend Julia) and one son Randy Patrick Timm Jr (special friend Mickayla) and a step-daughter Amanda Leslie (special friend Bob). 3 Grandchildren; Aleigh, Haley, and Kenneth and 2 step grandchildren Tyler and Raymond, her mother Katherine Myers, 1 sister, Rhonda Christiansen, 2 brothers, James (Dawn) Kaye, and Robert Myers, many nieces and nephews, 2 Uncles Robert (Karon) Heagle, Kenneth (Lydia) Heagle and 2 Aunt's Judy Kaye and Jennifer Kaye. She is also survived by brother-in-laws Mike (Pat) DeWitt, Rodney Timm, and Philip (Kim) DeWitt and sister-in-laws Sandy (Bob) Kadrlik, Darlene DeWitt, Kim Wendt and Bobbi (Randy) Laatsch.

Laurie was preceded in death by her father William Kaye, Grandparents Kenneth Heagle and Helen Ward and by her mother-in-law and father-in-law Philip and Mildred (Jacquet) DeWitt and a brother-in-law Perry DeWitt.

In leau of flowers a memorial has been set up at Newcomers Funeral Home.

The family would like to thank Randy for being a devoted husband to Laurie since her original diagnosis of cancer in 2004 and to those who helped with Laurie's care when she was brought home from the hospital.

Family and friends may call Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at Newcomer Funeral Home,340 S.Monroe Ave., Green Bay, from 5:00pm until the time of service at 7:00pm with Pastor Dennis Toyne officiating. The family also wishes to give a very special thanks to the staff at UW-Madison including Dr. Longo and also Dr Bayer from Green Bay Oncology and the staff at St. Vincent's hospital 2nd and 9th floor for the wonderful care she received. A special thank you to Pam on 2nd floor of St. Vincent Hospital and to hospice for all their care and support.
