My son called me the other day to let me know what happened. I was shocked. I am so sorry for your loss. I know that Lance was a good man and father. He loved each of you deeply. To a wonderful family, who mean so much to me, I am truly sadened by the loss of Lance. He was a wonderful man who loved to help others and always enjoyed a laugh. Lance was a credit to his chosen profession, an active member of the bar association, artist and photographer, and a very nice person. He will be missed by many.

Jeanette, I'm so sorry for your loss. I know he'll be looking down from heaven upon Busch Stadium next March when the Cardinals open the 2011 season. I will really miss him and treasure the good times that I had with him.
