Kennth Romano Obituary

Lucy & family,
It saddened me to hear of Ken's passing. I remember him as a robust man full of life and joy during my visits to Chicago. Despite not having visited for some time, you all have never been far from my thoughts and heart. My prayers are with you all.

Kenny's sense of humor and laughter will be held in the hearts of his loved ones for eternity. My sincere condolences to Lucy and Kenny's family.

Kenny is a man that will not only be missed by his family, but by all of the friends he made in his life. He left a mark in everyones heart he ever met, and we all will have a void to fill. Our prayers are with his family at this trying time.

My Good-Bye

Dad I miss you so much, I still can't believe your gone. I really was not ready for you to leave us, I really and truly believed you were coming home in the next week or two. That may sound selfish but we really believed you were going to pull through. Please give us strength to get through these next few days, it is going to be the hardest thing we as a family will have to get through. You taught us to be strong and united as a family to get through the hard times, and we will. Don't worry about mom we will definitely take care of her and be by her side like you taught us. I know you touched a lot of peoples hearts, but a piece of mine is missing and I don't think I'll ever get it back. We love you so much and you will always apart of everything in my life. Romano Family-
I am sorry for your loss and you will be in my prayers. I worked with Kenny when I was a teenager at D & J Party Supply, he used to send me to get him coffee all the time and was always so nice to me. He always talked about how special his family was.

My best memory of Mr. Romano was of him and his red McDonalds suspenders. He always had a smile and a friendly hello. He always made me laugh in the morning by letting me know "I was late (for work)". His laugh and smile will always be remembered. He was a great person who will be greatly missed. My deepest condolescences to Lucy, Ken Jr., Kathleen, Gina & Paul and his grandchildren and extended family. Rest in peace Ken (Mr. Romano).

Mr. Romano was always a joker, he had his son Paul (when he was younger) believing that Mr. Mejia would kill him if he said hello. The Mejia Family would like to express their deepest sympathy to the Romano Family. Rest in Peace Mr. Romano.

I knew Ken through working with his wife for many years. My deepest sympathy goes to his entire family.

I am so sorry for the loss of your husband, father, and grandfather. I am very thankful to have know him and his humor. My thoughts and prayers are with you guys.

What a great and oh so funny man! Everytime I get dunked in a pool I think of him.. so many years ago, one of the best days I ever had at McGuane Park. Thank you Mr. Romano for making me always feel welcome. You will be greatly missed!
