P.S. Sorry I won't be able to make the visitation or funeral. With Easter 3 weeks away, my life is busier than usual, and in a rural commuity, we have a special celebration Sunday for the blessing of seeds and soil. Know that though I can't be with you in the flesh, I am with you in spirit and prayer on Sunday and Monday -- and for weeks and months afterwards.

Prayers and sympathy to you and your families on the passing of your Dad. Ken and my dad (Remo "Ray" Bacchi) used to visit each other when Ken was out in San Diego and Dad was back here in Chicago for a visit. In fact, when I called my dad to tell him about Ken, Dad said he was hoping Ken would be able to make it out to San Diego for one more visit. Your folks are together again in Heaven, and I hope that brings you some comfort and peace during this time of sorrow and pain. I will celebrate a Mass for the repose of their souls at my parish church on Sunday, March 21.
