Kenneth Shipinski Obituary

I spent a lot of time thinking about you yesterday and today. Your strength still carries me today, and I am so fortunate to have had such a loving father.

14 years feels like a blink of an eye, but I still think about you often. Michela and I were just reminiscing about you, and her dad, while we worked on making a new garden area just two days ago. I bet you'd love sneaking food to Hershey as he burrows his head under your arm at the dinner table. Definitely gone way to early.

Missing you always my kinard spirit. Out together was short but I think of you often. Keep watching out for your grandkids, they are doing great things, but I am sure see and know. Say hello to my parents and keep feeding merlie and bluto!

13 years since your passing, but we feel your presence every day. You'd be so proud of Olivia's international awards in DECA, and Magnus' academic achievements in college. I am blessed to have had a great father who helps me aspire to be just as great every day.

I cannot believe it has been 12 years. While you are always on my mind, it's when all the great things are going on that I think of you most. Magnus' awards breakfast, and Olivia's softball games, are moments I wish you could be here for. I know you'd love seeing these things next to us, but I am sure you are with us. Make sure you come visit at the high school at noon this Sunday for Magnus' graduation.

Missing you much! We talk about you often, and see some of your quirks in the kids. We have a new puppy that I think you would totally love sneaking food to him. Love and Miss you!

Always a sad time to think about how you were taken from us way too soon, but it is also a happy time thinking about fond memories with you. The Magnus and Olivia are growing into fine young adults I know you are proud of. I miss you!

10 years, i hope you are chilling with Bluto and Merlie by your side on a perfect day. I miss my kindred spirit, agreeing with me, understanding me, and sharing some laughs!! 10 years since you left us, but you are still here in our hearts. Magnus & Olivia still talk about Grandpa Ken, and so do Michela and me. Your greatness has made us all better people and value the great family we have.

It has been a long time since I wrote, but I often think about how you'd love to see how much your grand children have grown. You left us way too early but are not forgotten.

We sent you balloons in hopes you would hear and see our messages. Magnus misses you dearly. Everytime i make a dessert or eat one i think would he like this, where is he to lick the whip cream off the cake. I hope you have tons of whip cream and pecans!!!! Say hello to my dad for me.... I miss you both very very much.

Michela had the idea to send you some balloons. She reminds me of you every time she talks about nuts in desert or whip cream for cakes. And whenever i'm running late a part of me thinks the phone will ring and i'll here you say, "Where you at dude?" I miss you and wish you could fish with Magnus on Saturday.

The days feel off when things happen like Rosey turning six, Magnus performeing his magic, the sox choking down the stretch, or being late for a visit by mom without getting a call like, "where you at dude?" Just when I miss you the most, you'll make me laugh thinking about something distinctly you. Today's thought- I hope you're enjoying laying on a couch without your shirt on intimidating the heck out of somebody as they walk in. I kmow I'm enjoying remembering it!

The world lost a great a wonderful man this week. Not only did I lose my one time partner in crime, I lost the best friend I ever had.
