Kenise Danelle RESTIVO Obituary
Danelle, as she was known to her Lebanon friends and family, spent her childhood in the Lebanon community and graduated with the LHS class of 2002. She then went on to attend Drury University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2006. After leaving Drury, she began attending Forest Institute, where she obtained her Masters in Science. She was currently pursuing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, while completing her Internship.
Danelle was a people person and made friends wherever she went. Her out going personality made it easy for people to want to be around her and her contagious smile made them want to stay.
She loved her friends and family unconditionally, and her favorite moments spent with them were those spent outdoors. Whether it was swimming, skiing, or simply on the side of a river bank. Friends, family and nature made her the happiest.
Danelle is survived by her mother, Jannise Restivo and Bud Moore of Lebanon, MO; one sister, Keasha Nicki Restivo of Lawrence, KS; other siblings, Kristen Swanson and her husband Joey of Olympia, WA, and Ryan Moore of Moberly, MO; aunts and uncles, David and Lisa Mizer, Terry and Louanne Mizer, Kevin and Debbie Restivo, Mike Restivo, and Cindy and Richard Brown; her maternal grandmother, Carolyn Mizer; paternal grandfather, Rusty Retivo; several cousins; several nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Maureen Restivo; her maternal grandfather, Billy Mizer; and her father, Robert ?Danny? Restivo on January 19, 2014.
Those who knew her, whether they called her daughter, granddaughter, sister, Dannelle, Kenise, or simply dear friend, will cherish every laugh they shared, every story they told and every tear they shed together. Although taken from us too soon, the impact she left is priceless. She will be greatly missed.

I was fortunate enough to have spent time with Danielle about a month ago and left her as I always have feeling as if a cool breeze of fresh air had just passed over my body. She always had a way of making a person, not feel but, know they were the most important thing in the world to her while in her company. Danielle and the joy she brought to us all will far out live the sorrow we feel from her untimly passing. It seems as if those most deserving of longevity in life are often times those most often deprived of if. I had the privilege to meet Danelle when she enrolled at Forest Institute several years ago. Her understanding and care for people was above average. Last week I talked with her few minutes. I asked "How are you Danell?" She said, "I am very happy". I replicated - “happy?” Yes - she said, I am so happy everything is going very well. I gave her a “thumbs-up”. She answered me: “The best is yet to come”.
So thankful for Kenise Danelle and the way she blessed me and many people around.

Danelle is such a beautiful soul. When I first started as a therapist, she was the one at my side during my very first contact with a client.
