Hi,
I skied with Kelly that fateful morning. The whole group was having a great time and Kelly was the only skier, and a fine one, at that. I left before lunch and wasn't there for the incident.
I'm still a guide at Monarch, as well as (our) Kelly and Andy that were with the group. We all think about him almost every day, because the place he died is one of our most used slopes.
I don't know if anyone looks at this page, but I would like to make contact with Kelly's family so they know we still remember him.( I barely had internet back then.)
Please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely, Gail Bindner, Manager, Monarch Cat Skiing
