Kate,

Your mother was one of the most classy, warm-hearted, and generous people I have ever met. Growing up she always greated me with a huge smile and took an interest in what was going on in my life. She touched the lives of so many through her warm personality. She will not be forgotten. You and your family are in my prayers.

Dear Kate and Bob,

Kathy was an amazing woman, so full of love and compassion for everyone she met. I will remember her every time I enter the Nawab Indian restaurant, our favorite meeting place for lunches. Over spicy and delectable morsels we puzzled over life, both the incredible joy and pleasure it brings as well as the often difficult paths we’re led to walk. She was such a help to me as I sorted through the sadness of our son’s disabling injury and my struggle to make sense of it all. I will remember her on my birthday, November 27, the day she was released of her pain and struggle to hold onto life and those she loved so dearly. I was blessed to have known her. Her immense love will continue to light your way in the difficult days ahead.

To the Major Family & the Braasch Families. My deepest sympathy on the lost of Kathy. I am a "Queens Girl", as we referred to ourselves. I went to school with Kathy & she was a friend of mine. I loved her, she was always funny, happy & so pretty. As, I was reading the other notes, I saw someone remembered her lip syncing the Supremes..I can still see her doing that in her bedroom, when we were Seniors at SSA. We lost track over the years, but luckly I met up with Mike Zas eariler this year and he has keep me informed. I have added Kathy & all the family to my daily prayers. May our Lord shine down upon you and wrap His arms around you Bob & you Kate and all the The Braasch family with love and comfort, Always.

Probably the one lady outside of my family that taught me the value of not judging anyone prematurely. And also the one person that showed me that I was "OK" during the awkward teenage years. I will never forget her garlic bread. Peace, Grace and Godslove to a truly wonderful beautiful lady...
