1957 – 2024 Kathleen Marie Payne nee Wardean, 67 of Pleasant Prairie, WI passed away Monday, June 10, 2024, at Select Specialty Hospital, West Allis, WI. She was the beloved wife of Michael; loving mother of James (Maddie) Payne, Kara (Ronan Guillery) Payne, Brian Payne, and Joseph Payne; fond sister of Michael, Martin, Mark and the late David Wardean; adored sister-in-law of Lori Wardean; dear grandmother of Gatlin and Huck; and aunt of many. Visitation 4-8PM Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at Proko Funeral Home, 5111 60 th Street, Kenosha, WI. Funeral services will be held at 10:15AM on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at the funeral home with Mass of Christian Burial to commence at 11AM at St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church, Kenosha, WI. Committal services will follow in All Saints Cemetery and Mausoleum, Pleasant Prairie, WI. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the American Diabetes Association, in her memory.
