Dear Stanley....I just returned from a trip to hear about Kathy's death. I am so sorry for all of you. I have missed you both in my life since you moved. Though I have been a widow for ten and a half years, I still don't know of any formula of advice for you. Hang in there....put one foot in front of the other.....and be as brave as you can. It takes a long time but you will feel better. Please accept my deepest sympathy....Fondly, Suzi Kaatz
