Tom,

I just heard about Karen yesterday while I was at a baby shower. I am from Bridgeport and lived around the corner from her on 31st & Morgan. My maiden name is Mocny. We went to Benton House, Girl Scouts and high school together. She was two years older than me and I idolized her! A truly beautiful person. I met up with her in later years at St. Mary's Holy Name Xmas parties where we both brought our children. I probably haven't seen Karen for more than 20 years. I am so very sad to hear this news and feel the world will not be as bright without her. I just had to let you know how sorry I am. My deepest sympathy to you, your children and to her dear sister, Holly.
