Small, June (nee Dubin), age 75, of Deerfield, formerly of River Forest, loving mother of Richard (Terri), Scott and Diane (David) Sternberg, adored grandmother of Elliot, Dana and Alex Small, Joshua and Ethan Sternberg. June will be dearly missed by her family and cherished friends. Service Wednesday, 1:30 p.m., at The Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove, (1 blk. N. of Lake Cook Rd.). Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions to The American Lung Assoc., 1440 W. Washington Blvd., Chicago, IL, 60607.
