Mr. Frank Murphy and Family,
Sorry to hear of Julie's passing. She was a loving caring, soft spoken Lady. She will be missed. Our friendship was made at Peggy and
Larry's parties.
With regrets,

My deepest sympathies to Julie's family. I grew up across the street from the Bartels in Tewksbury. I have vague memories of Easter egg hunts at the Bartels and I think Julie babysat for us a few times. In the early 90's I worked at Bull in Billerica and I sat near her brother John. I often used to chat with Julie's dad about gardening when I was in my early teens. They were a very nice family. Again, my deepest sympathies to all of her family and friends.
