Julie Gollrad Obituary

Gollrad, Julie M. 86, of Evanston, retired drama teacher and character actress, passed away peacefully at home February 7, 2014. After earning her B.S. and M.S. from Northwestern University's School of Speech and Drama and pursuing her M.L.S. from University of Chicago, Julie went on to teach drama at Chicago City Day School and at Lincoln School in Evanston. Devoted mother of Gareth (Jessica Buben) Gollrad and Karen Gollrad. Preceded in death by parents, Sydney Alford and Blanche Eckholm Alford and beloved aunt, May (Charles) Neuman.
