Julia Ulasy Obituary

Ulasy, Julia A. (nee Slowik), age 84, passes away on July 17, 2005, at home. She was a longtime resident of Westchester, IL, beloved wife of Ted Ulasy, loving mother of Lorraine Rotolo, Kathleen Matyas, Patricia Sarich (nee Tadel), proud grandmother of eight and great-grandmother of nine, fond sister of Frank Slowik and Mary Hojnacki, preceded in death by William Tadel (husband), brothers, Joseph Slowik, Chester Slowik and Michael Slowik and sister, Lottie Frysh. She will be missed by all. A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, at 11:30 a.m., at Divine Infant Parish, 1601 Newcastle Ave., Westchester, followed by interment in Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
