Julia Kelley Obituary

In Worcester, Feb. 11, at age 85. A Sister of Notre Dame for 67 years. Born in Somerville, daughter of the late Patrick and Grace A. (Austin) Kelley. Graduate St. Joseph's High School, Somerville and Emmanuel College with a degree in History and English. Longtime educator in Notre Dame schools in Mass., R.I. and Conn., including 18 years at St. Rose School in Newtown, Conn. She leaves nephews and nieces, including Grace Williams, Lori Jankun and James Jankun; and her sisters in religion, the Sisters of Notre Dame. Her sisters, Grace Jankun, Anna Wilson and Rita Gillis predeceased her. Funeral Mass Wed., Feb. 15, at 6p.m. in the Notre Dame du Lac Chapel, 555 Plantation St., WORCESTER.
