Judith Hibbard Obituary

Judith Hibbard, 69, of Montrose, passed away, Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2016, at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, Hershey.
Born Aug. 19, 1947 in Auburn Four Corners, she was the daughter of the late Edward 'Ted' and Irene (Graham) Severs.
She was employed at numerous local stores including the former ABC Market, Widmann's, and Williams Market. She also worked at the former Bendix Corp. She was a member of Fairdale Community United Methodist Church and the Fairdale Grange #1157. She enjoyed her family, playing cards with friends, and cooking, especially for the fund raising efforts of the church.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, David Hibbard of Montrose; sons and daughters-in-law: Daniel R. and Julie M. Hibbard of Montrose, Anthony D. Hibbard and Shannon J. of Canada, Ky., amd Chris E. and Jennifer K. Hibbard of Montrose; daughter and son-in-law, Sheri A. and Jim E. Minarsky of Montrose; 10 grandchildren: Nathan, TJ (Brittany), Katelyn, Joshua, Nina, Sadie, Taylor, Brant, Brianne, and Shane; a sister, Pam Severs of Tampa, Fla.; brother & sister-in-law Larry & Carla Severs of Salt Lake City, Utah; and nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by daughter, Teresa B. Hibbard.
Services were Monday morning at Bartron-Myer Funeral Home Inc., Montrose. Instead of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fairdale Community United Methodist Church, c/o Treasurer Denise Campbell, 3139 SR 706, Lawton, PA 18828.

Our thoughts & prayers are with you!! May God bless & sustain you & grant you strength, peace, hoe, love, courage, serenity & a strong faith. One "Glorious Day" in God's timing we shall all meet on that "Golden Shore" where Judy has been reunited with her loved one's gone before her, what a "Reunion"!! Judy will certainly be missed, but we know that she is her family's "Guardian Angel" watching over them!! Matthew 10:30 says that every hair on our heads are numbered & Ecclesiastes 3 says that there is a time & a place & a reason & a season for everything under the Heavens. The verse also says that there is a time to be born & a time to die & we can be sure that our names are written in God's book in His timing!! The spirit is eternal & Judy's spirit will remain with her loved ones in every bright, shining star & in every beautiful, colorful rainbow & in the clouds & the sun &the moon & in all that you say & do. She is looking down & is proud of every one of you!! God bless, comfort & cherish you with all your precious memories to hold near & dear to your hearts!!We send our love!!
