Josephine Kwasny Obituary

Kwasny, Josephine M. (nee Jeziorski) 83, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2009 in Park Ridge. Born March 30, 1926 in Chicago she was the beloved wife of the late Edward Kwasny. Josephine was an active member and volunteer at St. Ann's Church and CAPS. She is survived by her sons Ron, Vickie and John (Bonnie) Kwasny, grandchildren David, Michael, Maureen, Jill, Emily, and Brian, and great-grandchildren Sarah, Stevie, Josephine, and Emily. Josephine was preceded in death by her siblings Henry, John, Edward, Anna, Tillie, and Irene. A Celebration of Life Mass will be held at 10 am Saturday, September 12 at St. Ann's Church, 1836 S. Leavitt St., Chicago, IL 60608. Interment was held privately. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Ann's Church. For Information 847-699-9003.
