Josephine Eubank Obituary

Eubank, Josephine, 83 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away peacefully at home September 6, 2013. Born February 16, 1930 in North Chicago, Illinois, Josephine was a long-time resident of Libertyville, Illinois before moving to Phoenix, Arizona in 1989. Preceded in death by her loving husband, John R. Eubank; parents William and Antonette Salata; brother, Thomas Salata, and brother-in-law, Thomas Piarulli. Devoted mother of Joan (Michael) Giel, Linda Eubank and Paul (Bethany) Eubank all of Phoenix, Arizona. Grandmother to Connor and Jeffrey. Dear sister of Dolores (Thomas) Piarulli of Wisconsin, Loretta (John) Urh of Waukegan and sister-in-law, Dolores (Thomas) Salata of Ingleside. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Graveside committal service Saturday, September 28 at 10:00 AM at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville. Memorial contributions to Hospice of the Valley, whose staff lovingly cared for Josephine. Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014, www.hov.org/donate.
