I worked the same watch with Joe in 021 back in the 70's. I recall his laughs, and jokes, as if it were yesterday. I wish I could have gone to his services, but I just now found out. What a great guy. He will be missed.

I am so sorry that I couldn't be there to pay my respects to Joe. He was a great cop but most importantly a friend. It was a pleasure working in 021 tac with him. He livened our team with his jokes and he always had our back. Godspeed Joe. My prayers remain with you and your family.
