Joseph J. Rokas, Jr., US Marine Veteran, Ret. CPD, Beloved husband of Joan O'Brien; Devoted father of Meghan Rokas; Fond brother of Tom (Sharon) Rokas; Loving uncle of many nieces and nephews. Joe was the 1 st Inductee into the CPD Softball Hall of Fame and was a loving father to many dogs. Visitation Monday, Oct. 24, 2022, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Funeral Tues., Oct. 25, 2022, 9:00 AM from Curley Funeral Home, 6116 W. 111 th St., Chicago Ridge, IL 60415 to St. John Fisher Church, 103 rd Street & Fairfield Ave., Chicago. Mass 10:00 AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation (www.cpdmemorial.org) will be appreciated.
