Retired Captain U.S. Army, beloved son of the late Emanuel and Porsia Marie Piccinni, dear brother of Narda (the late Lamar) Ennis, Frances (the late Al) Amato, Antoinette (the late John) Bilotta, the late Rosemary (the late Dominick) DeLisa and the late Charles, Fred and Rocco Piccinni, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Funeral Saturday, 9:15 a.m., from Michael Coletta Sons Funeral Home, 544 W. 31st St., to St. Jerome Croatian Church. Mass 10 a.m. Interment St. Mary Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Visitation Friday, 2 to 9 p.m. 312-225-8500.

We have such fond memories of Uncle Joe - seeing him at David’s years ago, and we always looked forward to seeing him every August 15th for the fest.
God rest his soul.
