Dear Shelly and Cindy,
We are so very sorry to hear that your beloved father passed away. We had the joy and the privilege of being your dad's next door neighbors for amost 30 years, and we cherish the memories of seeing and chatting with your dad almost every day for so many years. He was a kind, giving, friendly person who everyone in the neighborhood knew and loved. People would walk down the street, say hello to Joe, and walk away with big smiles on their faces. Everyone felt safe knowing that Joe the ex-marine and the plumber was here keeping an eye on things. This neighborhood will not be the same without dear Joe.

Shelly & Cindy, I'm so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. Joe was such a nice man and a wonderful neighbor. He was so helpful to the Rozen's with the mail and the papers over the years. I always enjoyed talking to him and will remember him fondly.
