Joseph Mariella Obituary

My memories of compare Joe have always been full of love, joy and sense of family. Our visits to Chicago as a young child, teenager and adult were always filled with such happy memories. The door to his home was always open and his hugs felt like you were home. We all miss you and you are never far from our memories.

I will never forget Joseph, I have been in the packaging business now for 42 years and he is still often in my thoughts. He was always so cheerful and helpful and without doubt at the top of my manufacturers' list. I am still purchasing from M and M and will continue to do so as long as I am able to still work. Currently I no longer live in San Francsisco but I now am an independent contractor for Cogent Supplies in Richmond California. I work remotely. All of you there are continuing Joseph's legacy in the way he would have wished, and thank you so much for that. I am 82 now and intend to keep his memory alive as long as I am alive. To Mrs Mariella, Cindy, Frank & Beth Ann, Joe and George and the entire family, I am so sorry to hear the news of your great loss to your family!! Please accept our most sincere condolences on behalf of Nanci and I as well as my father who asked to be remembered to you Frank.I always remember your father as a kind and patient man and he had to be to put up with the entire lot of us growing up. I recall you Joe and I Frank having to explain to your dad how your little brother george had what appeared to be RED finger marks all over his crew cut shaved head!! And Cindy (Pun Lara)sp? you were not innocent either even though you smiled and got away with everything!! AsI think of him now I want to think about these times that were good and they were many and I hope will bring a smile to your face as you reflect back!!
