Emil Anderson Architectural Firm of DesPlains retiring in 1991 after 30 years of service. Member of the Stickney VFW post #8159. Beloved husband of Mary Herstowski, loving father of Keith, Karl, Kurt and Judith Herstowski, cherished grandfather of Kimberly and Danielle, great-grandfather of Vincent, uncle of numerous nieces and nephews, preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Anna Herstowski, also brothers Chester (Anne) and Phil (Kate) Herstowski and a sister Agnes (AI) Tarvinis. Visitation Friday 3 to 8 p.m. at the Anderson Memorial Chapel, 606 Townhall Dr._ in Romeoville. Funeral Saturday, March 14, 2009, 10:00 a.m. from the funeral home chapel to St. Andrew Catholic Church for a 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Services conclude at the Church, his cremains will be interred at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice at a later date. 815-886-2323.

I am so sorry to hear about Uncle Joe passing. My heart goes out to Aunt Mary and the family. It was a shock to me. Well, he didnt go alone. He is with my dad.
