Zawisza, John R. beloved husband of Phyllis Zawisza (nee Samul), dear father of Michelle (Garret) Beaupre, Kathleen Zawisza and John (fiance, Kathy Lowrey) Zawisza, fond grandfather of Devon Lowrey, devoted son of Helen (nee Fic) and the late Joseph Zawisza, loving brother of Christina "Tina" Klima, caring brother-in-law of Marylin Webb. Visitation Tuesday, 2 to 9 p.m., at Friedrichs Funeral Home, Inc., 320 W. Central Rd., at Northwest Hwy., Mt. Prospect. Lying in state Wednesday, 9 a.m., to time of Mass 10 a.m. at St. Cecilia Church, Golf Rd. (Rt. 58), at Meier Rd., Mt. Prospect. Interment Maryhill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Arthritis Foundation or American Lung Association appreciated.
