"Jack" WWII Navy Vet., loving husband of Rita (nee Sullivan) of 65 years, cherished father of John (Marvelene), Thomas, Della (Thomas) Wilczak, patrick (Ann) and Diane (Michael) Anast, proud grandfather of 13, great-grandfather of ten, dear brother of William, Fred (Bernice) and the late Marie (the late William) Kulovits, also nieces and nephews. Funeral Monday, 9:30 a.m., from Modell Funeral Home, 7710 S. Cass Ave., Darien, to Our Lady of Peace Church. Mass 10 a.m. Interment Clarendon Hills Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, 2 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Lockport Senior Bus Transport.
