John Walker Obituary
Walker, John Albert 81, of Chicago, formerly of Robbins, IL, devoted husband of Lillian O. (Wilkins) Walker, loving father of Lisa, died April 24, 2009. He graduated from the University of Illinois - Champaign. He worked at Lincoln Memorial School, District 143 1/2 and as Assistant Principal at Dwight David Eisenhower HS. He retired in 1990 after 39 years of service. Viewing Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at AA Rayner & Sons, 318 E. 71st St. Visitation Friday, 10:00 a.m. Funeral 10:30 The Congregational Church of Park Manor, 7000 S. King Dr., Chicago. Interment Abraham Lincoln Memorial Park, Joliet, lL. In lieu of flowers, donations to American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312 would be appreciated.
