John or "Sully" as we called him in the 350 th Ftr Squadron was my flight leader and close friend. We flew many missions together and remained good friends since 1943. Never a harsh or unkind word passed between us. I will always remember him and miss him.

To Larry Sullivan and Family:
Be assured of my prayers for John and for all of you. I surely enjoyed my visits with John through the years. The three of us remaining in the Daniel A. Sullivan family - Dan, Eileen and I all saw him at the time of Mary Rita's wake and funeral. At that time it would have been impossible to believe that his own death was so near. May he now enjoy eternal peace with our God.
Love,
Peg
