Sullivan, John William "Bones" at rest December 28, 2008, longtime friend and former husband of Debbie, loving father of Courtney Kelly and John (Miriam), loving grandfather of four, dearest son of Mary Jane, and the late Matthew, cherished brother of Jane Ann (Charles) Dendler, Matthew, Tim (Alanna), Paul (Cindy), Norma (Richard) Lawrence, Melissa (Guy) Nelson, Patrick (Marie), Allison (Patrick) Guerin and Stacy (Ralph) Kostreva, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Funeral Wednesday, December 31, at 10:15 a.m. from the Olson Burke/Sullivan Funeral & Cremation Center, 6467-77 N. Northwest Hwy (1 block N. of Devon), Chicago, IL 60631, to St. Robert Bellarmine, 4646 N. Austin. Funeral Mass 11 a.m. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 2 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. 773-774-3333
