RRD was trimming the payroll, John accepted. He was a few years short of a full retirement. I told him he will missed, especially by me, John countered; I'm sad to go but, the "package" they offered me is too good to pass up. John more than deserved an early retirement , I trust he enjoyed it. John & I totally enjoyed our work relationship.

John & I worked many years together, he was a pleasure. I could always count on him to exceed my expectations. It's wonderful that he lived to 92, I hope they were all good years. God Bless..
