JOHN AN OUTSTANDING PERSON AND BEST ARSON INV. EVER!

My sincere condolences to the Schmitz family. I met John on March 2, 1970 and we rode together to the O'Brien Street Academy every day for seven months. John always gave 100 percent and was very serious about being a policeman. Over the years we would bump into each other and discuss family and friends. John always accepted life as it came along.
