John O'Malley Obituary

I miss you John. Your spirit lives through the lives of many children in our community. I thank God for connecting us together 17 years ago. May the Lord watch over your children and family members.

I know its been over a year since John passed but I have felt compelled to write this. I was a neighbor of John's for years and had the fortune of becoming friends with him.
I feel most people who read this will already know the John that I knew: the kind, patient, and outgoing kind of person who you just loved being around. He had a way of making you feel good about yourself. He was genuine and giving. Even though I cannot say that John and I were close, I can say that I have never met anyone else like him.
John and I drifted apart as I began traveling more. It was three months after his death that I first heard of the tragedy.
To this day, I still can't believe that I won't see him driving through the neighborhood. My heart still aches over the thought of his passing.

John was an old friend of ours from our Indian Princess days when our kids were young. We are so saddened by this news. He loved to talk about his girls. He will be missed.

friend. He was a very nice, kind and outgoing person with a great smile. He loved his girls more than anything you could tell just by how he spoke of them.
