John McAleese Obituary

McAleese, John T. age 73, Marine Corp. Veteran, beloved husband of Mary Jane (nee Allesi), loving father of John T. and Patrick, cherished grandfather of Jennifer, Heather, John K. and Jacob, devoted brother of Robert, Patricia Dill, Mary Antos and the late Theresa Skidmore. Visitation Sunday, 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral Monday, 9 a.m., from Lawn Funeral Home, 7909 State Rd. (5500 W.), Burbank, IL, 60459, to St. Albert the Great Church. Mass 9:30 a.m. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. John served as Cub Master of St. Adrian's Cub Pack 3489 and was instrumental in starting boxing tournaments and other events for the pack. He also coached, managed and umpired Marquette Boy's Baseball League from 1969 - 1973. Funeral info: 708-636-2320

I remember the times that Aunt Edna used to send Johnny and I away from the table at holiday meals because we always caused trouble when we were together. I miss that.
