It is said that at the end of our lives; we need not ask, "What have we accomplished but how have we loved?" This speaks of John Markowski for his true passion was his beloved wife, Evy and their FAMILY together.
Papa John, we will so miss your smile, infectious humor, and most of all.......your friendship.
As time goes by our tears will surely turn to smiles as we remember holidays, family dinners, golf outings and vacations together.
Rest in peace dearest friend for it was an honor to know and love you

I will call you soon, as I want to share my thoughts with you personally. Be strong and revel in your memories...remember that you will always have your 1809 family too! Love, Rita
