LaValle, Jr., John Vincent WWII Army Veteran. Beloved husband of Esther nee Linde. Loving father of Kathryn L. (Daniel) Zekas, John V. (Susan) LaValle III, and Gary A. LaValle. Cherished grandfather of Daniel (Traci) Zekas, Michelle Wanda, Lisa (Rick) Raspante, Keri & Kelli LaValle, & Jonathan LaValle. Proud great-grandfather of Samantha, Joseph, Daniel, Jonathan Jr., John, Tyler, Katie, Ryan, Alissa, Annie, Brady, Jasmine, Malik, Khalil and Amare. Preceded in death by six brothers and one sister. Fond brother-in-law of Marilyn and Rita LaValle. Treasured uncle of many nieces & nephews. Funeral Wednesday 9:45 a.m. from Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn to St. Paul Lutheran Church, 4660 W. 94th St. for services at 10:30 a.m. Interment Bethania Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. 708-425-0500.
