Golz, John H. born March 1, 1947, passed away peacefully at home April 22, 2010 after a long illness, beloved husband of Patti (nee Finton) Golz, loving father of John, James, Jennifer Golz, and stepfather of Roger Nash, fond brother of Richard (Christy), Bob (Paula), Ed (Patti), Sharon, Catherine, and Mary Ellen Golz, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. John was a proud Vietnam Veteran of the 173rd Airborne Division, an avid golfer and a long time member of the Builders Tee Club. Visitation Sunday, 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Monday, 9:30 a.m. from the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home, 4950 West 79th St., Burbank, IL 60459 to St. Barnabas Church, Mass 10:30 a.m. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
