Jack will be greatly missed. Although we have not seen him for quite some time, we have kept in touch through Jim and Maryann. He has always been and will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers. So many happy memories will forever remain with us all. Jack was very proud of his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, and his love will continue on in them. How happy he is now to be home in Heaven. Rest in peace Jack, and to all of us who remain on Earth, we will take it "one day at a time."

With Love, Carol, Barry, Christina & Brian
