Joel "Joe" Windham of Chicago was born in Aliceville, AL on Oct. 12, 1957. Joe remained a faithful and dedicated father, brother and servant of God until he departed this life on July 11, 2021. He leaves to cherish his memory, Starlet Windham, Jewel Windham; siblings, Sarah Granberry, Ocie Windham (Stephanie), Shirley Windham (Eddie B. "Sonny"), Clara Windham, Reginald Windham (Patricia), Dorothy Barker, Linda Williams (Phillip), Wendell Windham (Antonia) and Valerie Windham; his Pleasant Gift, Greater Hope and Park Manor church families; and a host of other Garner and Windham family members, and friends.
