I'm sorry that it took so long to sign the guest book. It took a long time to figure what to say after being friends for so long. There are no words that I could write to comfort the family. So We just want to let you know we love you and will miss you when we get back to Oak Lawn.

Sisters, Sisters, Oh what fun we had as sisters! Well no not the time I sat on your head in the 3 ring blow up kids pool in Mt. Greenwood. That wasn't fun, but I've said my apologies before, and we've laughed over it when we grew up. Though you very rarely let me wash the dishes, we had fun singing songs together and talking as YOU washed and I dried. Talking....the telephone was one very well used item in both our houses so we could talk about our families, friends, and solving world affairs stating that if the Government and Big Businesses would just sit down over some home baked goodies and a glass of milk more problems could be solved. Joan I will never forget you. We have a home made afgan, "Quiet the Game is on" sign for Bob, a box Bob's train set is in, but the mailing note on the box says, "Happy Halloween, Love Joni Orr" - to remind us of many many gifts you've sent us. You'll never be forgotten. I am grateful for the visits we had in May, Oct, Thanksgiving, and Jan, AND Feb, and March! Love YOU Joni. Thanks for all the Big Sis Support. Love, your lil' sis Nancy :>)

I will miss my dear friend & "playmate". We shared laughter & tears as our kids grew into adulthood. Somehow we grew old but missed the growing up part & I'll always be grateful for that.
