john I am so saddened to know that wit and smile are gone. We were pen pals in elementary school. My parents, KC & Charlie Guptil, were close with Rosemary & Don. My mom was so thrilled that you 2 came to her 80th Bday at our home in mpls. So many good people gone far too soon. Heart felt sympathies to you! XO Pam

John, I am so sorry for your loss. Jill was a grade school and high school dear friend of mine. We lived on the same block growing up. I hope she didn't suffer too badly. She was an amazing person but I don't have to tell you that. She will be missed by all who knew her. Bless you, Patti Moore Ratliff

I will always love the beautiful Boho and cherish my being her copywriter partner at Leo Burnett. Her laughter, thoughtfulness and joy were a great gift to me. O, she is missed....I am so sorry for your loss, John. I send my deepest condolences to you, my friend, and to Jill's sisters as well. God bless the beautiful Jill and all who hold her dear. She remains in my heart, my thoughts, and my prayers.
