My nerves got to me last night at Jeff's wake, so I did not say what I wanted to say. I loved Jeff. Even after Judy's passing I still considered him my Uncle and always will. The first time I met Jeff I must have been 7 or 8. He was playing cards with my dad and his buddies and Jeff sent me to get him a sandwich and a beer. When My Aunt Judy came by, I actually saw the monment he fell in love with her. I am glad I was there to know Jeff in the happiest point of his lift. He is with her now and happy once again! I can picture him now sitting with my dad playing cards with Judy at his side. I send my love to the entire Hess family. You can call on me for anything.
Love, Kimberly (ESTERDAY) Aiello
An old friend
August 20, 2009
I am expressing my deepest condolences to all of his family and friends. As an old friend of his step-daughter, I knew him quite well. He struck me as such a hard-working, caring man that cared deeply for his entire family. His love and pride will be missed by all, and may our faith be strong in the most difficult of times.

I was truly saddened to learn of Jeff's passing. We worked together, had fun together and I think it is fair to say that it would be difficult to find a more loyal person, be it in good times or bad. Godspeed.
