Grimm, Jeffrey age 39, of Oak Park, formerly of Arlington Heights and a 1988 graduate of Rolling Meadows High School, passed away suddenly of heart failure on Friday, August 7, 2009, while at the side of his eternal love Kathleen "Kat" Dudaryk. Jeff will forever be remembered as the beloved son of Sue and the late Kenton Grimm, cherished brother of Wendy (Jim) Milligan, Laura, Ashlynn and Joe Grimm, loving uncle to Jake and Elleigh Milligan, proud uncle and godfather to Emma Milligan, and dear grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend to many. Jeff served his country with honor from 1988 to 1993 in the U.S. Army Infantry Division as an Airborne Ranger, stationed at Schofield Barracks in Hawaii. Visitation will be held from 4 to time of Service at 7 p.m., Thursday, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N Arlington Heights Rd. (four blocks south of Palatine Rd.), Arlington Hts. Interment private. In lieu of flowers the family would graciously appreciate donations in Jeff's loving memory to the American Heart Association or PetSmart Charities. We only knew Jeff for a few years at Starbucks but he was a great guy to know and i will miss my hockey brother the only guy around that knew the game and the players better than me.
