Costantini, Jean (nee Bartucci), beloved wife of Joseph, loving mother of Joseph (Debra) and Vito, beloved daughter of the late Louis and Amelia Bartucci, fond grandmother of six, dear sister of Albert (Mary), Rose (the late Vito) Amoroso and the late Louis (the late Pauline) and Joseph (the late Helen) Bartucci, fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Funeral Thursday, 8:45 a.m., from Michael Coletta Sons Funeral Home, 544 W. 31st St., to All Saints, St. Anthony Church. Mass 9:30 a.m. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Visitation Wednesday, 2 to 9 p.m. 312-225-8500.

What a wonderful woman who will be truly missed. Ever since I was a little boy Autie Jeanie always had a smile on her face when I seen her and I wish all the best to Uncle Joe and our prayers go out to him, Autie Jeanie and the entire family!
