I am so sorry to learn that Dr. Chambers has passed away. I knew him years ago (in the 80s) as a student at William and Mary, and he was such a wonderful counselor, so very warm and empathetic and wise -- many of the concepts he helped me internalize then are still serving me well today. I am cleaning out my basement, and I found several letters he wrote me after I had graduated -- I thought that was so lovely that he took the time to respond to a former student/patients letters. Anyway, rest in peace Dr. Chambers.

Ann and Mike: Janet and I offer you our prayers and comforting thoughts at this difficult time in your family loss. I have often viewed the loss of a loved one as gaining an angel to watch over us in our daily endeavors, something we need badly, often without realizing just how badly or when our angels have intervened to keep us from harm.
With our condolences,
Todd and Janet Areson
