Jan Birch Obituary

JanClaire Birch1945 ~ 2004  Jan Claire Birch passed away April 14, 2004 from a brain tumor. Born August 3, 1945 in San Diego, CA to Malcolm and Dora Donaldson Birch. He has one brother, Chris (DJ). He married Grace Kingston and was blessed with two beautiful daughters, Sheena (Brian) Wiggins, Mikel; and two grandchildren. He graduated from Bountiful High, received a BS degree from Weber State College and served in the Utah Air Nat'l Guard. He was a member of the LDS church and the Bountiful 31st Ward. He spent many hours at the Bountiful Temple. Jan loved hunting, fishing, antique cars, and corvettes. He especially loved going to the cabin at the Bear Lake Marina. Jan loved cooking and had owned his own restaurants. He was an inspiration to many and will be greatly missed by all. Preceded in death by his parents. At Jan's request a private family service was held April 17, 2004 at Lakeview Memorial Estates.
