Dear Jim, Devonna and Debbie,

I was very sorry to hear about Jim. Words can't express the loss of a really great guy. Being out of state we were regretfully unable to attend the sevices, but were with you in prayer and spirit. Your Dad and I go back a long way, and I will miss him very much.

Take Care,

Gary & Donna Slowik & family

Dearest Deb, I am so sorry to hear that you lost your sweet love. Maryl always kept me up to date on your love life when we were at St. Mary's together. She talked so highly of Jim and was so happy that you had someone so special to share your life with. I would have certainly attended the services, had I known. I do want you to know that I lit a candle for Jim at St. Patrick's Cathedral in NY a couple of weeks ago, when I was visiting relatives with my sister. I have been keeping you and Jim in my prayers, since Lea told me that he wasn't doing well. I will continue to pray for you during this very difficult time and hope you know that Jim's arms will always be wrapped around you, giving you the strength you need to go on. I am happy that you had such wonderful love in your life, as you well deserved it. Love always, Celine

Dear Deb,
We are so very, very sorry for your loss. Jim was such a wonderful man. Although its been along time, when I think of Jim, I think of what a warm and caring person he was. He always made our family feel special and important to him.

I remember learning that death doesn't change our relationships, only our proximity, for the short term. I hope this thought can bring you some small comfort. Please know that you, Jim and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

Love,
Thomas , Traycee, Theresa & Jacob Simon

Deb,

Jim was such a great guy and we are so sorry for your loss. We are so sorry that we can't make the services but our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Allison's Godfather was a cop and I'm sure he met Jim at the gates and is giving him a great orientation. Again, Deb, we are so sorry.

Deb,

My heart goes out to you and to Jim’s family. Jim was a wonderful man and we were all blessed to know him. I will always remember the special times Tom and I spent with you and Jim and the laughter that we shared. The memories still make me smile.

When you lose the love of your life, your whole world stops. In time you realize, you really didn’t lose them, for they live on in your heart. In the days ahead you will reach out to him and if you close your eyes you will feel his love surround you.

I know Jim is now with the Lord for Jesus was his Savior. I will keep you close in prayer and ask that God’s Grace be with you. Take comfort in knowing Jim still loves you Deb. He is just loving you from Heaven!

All my love,
Mary
