Dear Janine and Rich, So sorry to hear that you lost your Dad. I will always remember how you kids were able to ride the firetruck in the parade with him. I have not seen your Dad in years but have memories of him and my dad (when I was very young) and howwell they did get along. Again, my sincere condolences, your cousin, Judy Ypma (hoving)

I am so sorry to hear of Uncle Jim's passing - too late to go to the funeral home - I would have liked to have come out. Bob and Cheryl sent me a notice of the obit, and I think they were notified too late also. My Dad has been gone 3 years now, this Nov. I remember the stories of what great friends they were, but I never heard how they met. Went to church together? Did you know that your Dad actually dated my Mom first, and my Dad your Mom? But, (my Mom said), your Mom liked your Dad better so she made my Mom switch. I wonder if she had to twist her arm? Or did she just pull rank -"I'm older than you"! Anyhow, God's plans were accomplished and we were all born into the right families! ..So please accept our condolences. May God bless you and all of your families... Love, your cousin, Jennie (Hoving) Boone
