Ruffner, James F. March 9, 2004, beloved son of the late Clair and Agnes (nee Ryan), loving father of Robin Paulsen and the late Randy, dear grandfather of Jordan and Taylor, fond brother of Patrick, Michael, Kathy Burian and the late John and Charles. Visitation at the Ewald-Barlock Funeral Home, 2501 N. Southport Ave., on Sunday, from 3 p.m. until time of Prayer Service at 8 p.m. Cremation private. Please omit flowers, kindly make donations to the American Cancer Society. 773-549-0098To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
