To Maryann & Robert's Family,
We are so saddened to hear about Robert's passing. He will be truely missed.
As we sit here and think about Robert what comes to mind his devotion to Maryann, his dogs and the Bucko's Ball.
He was a very important memember of the staff. Both Maryann and Robert put a hold on their summers and came to every staff meeting and helped in anyway they could. All the staff helped us to acomplised something, even if it was small, we made a differnce in a young graduate's life.
We have lost 3 lifetime memember of the Bucko's Ball and with this I hope we have learned a lession, to keep in touch with everyone on staff no matter what. Family is very important to us and we like to keep them close. And that is what we are "FAMILY", that would do anything for each other.
I will be getting out the Bucko's Ball albums - all of them - please let me know if you would like me to e-mail you some pictures or stop by the house to look at them. Our number is
413-243-4628
And Maryann - please keep in touch -
e-mail me or call.

I grew up in Indianola and knew Robert all of his life...He was three years younger but we became great friends in the early 1970's and stayed in touch from time to time after I moved to Texas...My last contact with him was in 1981 or 1982 when he was living in Tucson...All of the Massachusetts and Gulfport info, obviously, is new to me...

I have thought about Robert many, many times over the years and had hoped to see him again...I probably have several stories that would interest...

To everyone here, I join you in your grief - especially to Mr. and Mrs. Martin, Frances, Mary Beth and Holly...
